Just a reminder that we will be meeting this Thursday at 7 p.m. via Google Meet. Visit the Facebook Event for the link and to indicate if you are able to attend. There are a lot of things to discuss during this month’s meeting. We are partnering with Art Reach of Mid Michigan in August to hold a puppet building workshop on August 15th. The class is listed on their website, and registration is currently open. We are working on getting the word out via Facebook, and local theater groups, in order to raise interest.
As our club grows and gets its name out there, its very possible that we’re going to be asked to put together performances or programs that cover a wide range of topics. So, I’m encouraging our members to share ideas or scripts for performances/programs or video productions that we could put on in the future. Submissions can be shared in our group or emailed to midmichiganpuppetryclub@gmail.com.
