I am currently looking for volunteers who are be interested in performing during the Children’s Village event on Saturday, April 25 from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. We will be doing some walk around interaction with attendees as well as some performance behind a curtain, but this will not be a formal performance. I was thinking we could position ourselves near a couple of the games that will be available inside the gym and cheer on the kids, etc. The curtain-based performance might be some improv, jokes and trivia.
The Children’s Village is being held in conjunction with the Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival which will have a lot of different events going on from April 23 – April 26. On Saturday, there will be pancake dinners, Arts & Crafts, and lots of other events going on.
