Last year, our membership on the Facebook group grew to 40 members and we made our first attempts at holding monthly meetings over zoom. The performance troupe, now called Pleasant Puppets, formed, and would go on to perform two shows in the summer, one show in December, and make an appearance on WNEM 5’s Focus on Five Segment. Many of these developments have laid the seeds for continued growth in 2026.As we explore ways to establish structure for the club, I’m asking everybody who is a member of the Facebook group to complete a short survey which asks for your preference concerning how often the club should meet. I hope to begin meetings in February, but that will depend on everybody’s responses. I look forward to getting to know everybody as we begin to meet and work closer together.
